My grandmothers story says that Anne and John worked for Whitelaw Reid. Piecing this together without W2’s is a challenge but I am trying.
The Reid’s did have a summer home in Harrison (Ophir Farm) in 1887. Prior to that the farm was owned by Benjamin Holliday. Today the home and land are Manhattanville College.
